Questions
Is DocuKit free?
Yes. Every tool that is live today is free to use without an account. Paid plans for larger files and batch work are planned, and the free tools will stay free.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can convert files straight away. We set one random cookie so you can see the status of your own jobs; it isn't linked to any personal information.
What happens to my files?
Your file is converted on our servers and both the original and the result are deleted automatically within 30 minutes, even if you close the page. You can also delete them yourself straight after downloading.
Will my formatting be kept?
We convert with a full office engine, so fonts, tables, images, headers, footers and page numbers are kept in most documents. Very unusual layouts can differ slightly; we check every output is a valid PDF before you can download it.
Is DocuKit an official government service?
No. DocuKit is an independent tool. Our form tools help you resize and compress files, but always check the requirements published by the organisation you are applying to.
